Shiima Electronics Inc. is established as insulation material for semiconductor trading company in 1983 and creating many successful product through the collecting and analyzing of information and proposition regarding forefront semiconductor package and its substrate.

Design, Trial Production, Analysis Center of us (located Nirasaki-City, Yamanashi-Pref.) having extended facility established in 2006, is improving and expanding our services such as IC package assembly, analysis, and reliability evaluation to keep growing as development and proposition type trading company with development ability and technology.

August 1983 Founded in Hatsune-cho, Naka-ku, Yokohama with 5 million yen in capital, with the purpose of selling insulation materials for semiconductors. July 1985 Moved the head office to Benten-cho, Naka-ku, Yokohama May 1987 Increased capital to 10 million yen August 1988 Moved the head office to Sumiyoshi-cho, Naka-ku, Yokohama April 1989 Opened Yamanashi Works with production facility for the purpose of semiconductor related data services October 1990 Addition to Yamanashi production facility February 1992 Commenced thermal resistance measurement services and data analysiss services October 1998 Became an agent of SUMITOMO METAL MINING CO., LTD March 1999 Commenced trial manufacture and PCB mounting services for BGA and CSP August 1999 Install thermal cycle equipments to start measurement services August 2000 Certified ISO 9002 (ISO 9002:1994) by JQA April 2001 Opened Kyushu Business office for sales activities in Kyushu Jun 2003 Certified ISO (ISO 9001:2000) by JQA September 2004 Moved the head office to Hanasaki-cho, Naka-ku, Yokohama
