This paste is one-liquid type thermosetting adhesive paste for screen printing application., and it has excellent bondability with copper, aluminum, ceramic or inorganic substrate each other, or glass epoxy or organic substrate.

It has sperioriotity compare to adhesive film when apply to limited location, since ALA8806 can be apply by screen printing to desire shape. |
