		SHIIMA guarantees holding a secret about all business. If required, We are willing to submit NONE DISCLOSER AGREEMENT. The measurement equipment is periodically calibrated.
Mounting Packages are mounted by package mounting professionals. We also pretreat the packages before it is mounted. (Baking and/or moisture absorption) Mounting inspection We check non-soldering of the mounted packages with a tester and soldering bridge of the mounted packages through X-rays. Testing Right after mounting of the packages or receipt of the mounted packages, we interconnect a resistance meter with testing boards. Then start testing. Progress report We check quality of the packages and report it every working day. Final report We report the test results using our report form. And also, we submit continuously measured datas by the resistance meter. Cross-sectional observation We polish cross-section of the packages which became failure during the above testing, upon your request.
